Question about Apple and Canadian copyright law?

I’m currently making a website which will offer news, reviews and FAQs (it’s a complete coincidence that those three rhyme) about Apple and it’s products. Thing is, I don’t want to get into any legal trouble. I have two images on the site-in-progress that were taken from the domain www.apple.com/imac, but I have included a footnote at the bottom of the homepage: “©2010 The Apple Newsreel. Contains content from Apple.com. Apple, the Apple logo and appending brands* ©2010 Apple Inc.” and the asterisk is linked to a second footnote reading all the Apple brands: “*refers to: Mac; iPhone; iPod; iPad; iLife; iWork[...]” and the list goes on to cover all the Apple brands.
Could anyone tell me if I am legally vulnerable, having taken all these precautions? And if so, what should I do?

I really do not think that it matters, it still belongs to Apple and would be illegal to use their content without their permission, no matter the reason. Think I read something about this type of use before and it was illegal.
Goto the Apple website you used and look at their policies, that would be your best bet. Seems like they should have an expection clause in there somewhere.

Look for a non-profit use clause
